Dear customers,
Over the last 7 years I've enjoyed bringing sunshine to your cupboards and recipes to your tables with our Raphael's product range.
It's never easy to admit when things aren't working out as you'd like but the time has come, after great concideration, to stop trading.
This hasn't been an easy decision, the business has enjoyed some fantastic successes as well as some truly difficult times, but I've loved every moment.
I've loved the tasting feedback at markets and shows and enjoyed the thrill of being featured on James Martin's Saturday Morning.
However, with costs rising and the difficulties with being a competitive small business in a world of large distributors I have had to admit that my passions lay elsewhere.
I am now turning my attention to my work as a private Chef in the Bath and surrounding areas and bringing recipe and inspiration to younger people to enable them to eat well while studying and away from home for the first time.
You can continue to follow my journey on Instagram where I will be able to enjoy the freedom to explore recipes outside of the Mediterranean style, even though those inspirations remain close to my heart.
I wish to thank everyone who's bought and enjoyed the products and encouraged and supported this culinary journey. I am exceptionally proud of the products and the joy that they have brought to so many.

I have bought a couple of times now from Zoi and her products are fantastic, most recently we have tried the Organic Classic mountain Tea Blend. This is by far the best natural tea myself and my partner have tried, which now results in 9pm every evening sitting down for a cup to de brief our day. The Greek Extra Virgin Olive Oil Gold Label is also great, surprising how it goes so much further than standard ‘off the shelf’ olive oil, you can tell that the quality is far superior! Zoi is a pleasure to deal with, makes the process incredible easy and leaving you wanted to come back for more!
