About Med Deli Food
Hi, let me introduce myself....
I am Zoi, mum of one bouncy boy and wearer of many hats!
Flavoursome, good quality food is at the centre of all I do, wether that is cooking for friends and family or talking to customers at markets. I aim to bring some sunshine to each dish!
Having grown up in Greece, by multicultural parents, I was raised with Mediterranean cuisine and the local seasonal homegrown produce.
I am a true advocate of quality products that can be used in our everyday cooking.
When I moved to Bath over eight years ago, for my son's schooling, I really missed the flavours I grew up with, therefore I decided to bring them with me. That's how the Raphael's Mediterranean Product range was launched.
All the products are carefully selected for their quality, are small batch and support other small family run businesses wherever possible.
The products are named after my son, Raphael and I am very happy to say that Michelin Star chefs use our Great Taste awarded extra virgin olive oil in their cooking. I post recipe ideas daily on social media to help understand how easy it is to cook healthy Mediterranean inspired dishes.
I will be starting some Greek Food Workshops soon to create & share these delicious meals in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. My big dream is to create foodie holidays on the island of Skiathos, to share the beauty of the island I grew up on with people who are looking to experience a more rustic and down to earth holiday in Greece.

I am a well-established Importer and Wholesaler of Quality Mediterranean Products, operating in the UK since 2017. I am based in Bath and I supply an array of customers including wholesale to retail outlets all over the UK.
As Producer, I am a member of The Guild of Fine Food.
