Food is literally preserved in oil so the idea that it may go “off” is not true. Oil is much like wine and while it is a legal requirement to state a ‘best’ before date it does not mean that an oil will ever be ‘off’.

Our olive oil is cold extracted from 100% Koroneiki olives that are grown in the beautiful Kolymvari region of western Crete. This area of Crete is recognised worldwide for its high-quality olive oil and never fails to deliver. Crete has the ideal growing conditions for olives due to the abundance of sunshine, perfect soil conditions the softest sea breeze and a temperate climate.
